Instruction for Poster Presenters

We are delighted to welcome you to the 13th Trends in Medical Mycology (TIMM),
taking place from 10 to 13 September 20275 in Antwerp, Belgium!

Below you will find all essential information to prepare for your congress participation with your poster.
If there are any changes, this page will be updated, so we kindly encourage you to check it on a regular basis.

 

Poster sessions timeslots

Due to limited poster capacity at the venue, posters cannot remain displayed for the entire congress. Therefore, all posters may be removed on the assigned date and time, ensuring sufficient space for attendees to view all posters. All poster presenters are asked to present their posters during their assigned poster session. The presentation details below mention the day and time your poster is scheduled to be presented. Your presentation time slot is final and cannot be changed due to programming constraints.

PRESENTATION OF YOUR POSTER

ODD poster numbers: Saturday, 20 September 2025, from 11.15 am to 12.15 pm. Please mount your poster on Friday and remove it on Saturday after 4 pm.
EVEN poster numbers: Sunday, 21 September 2025, from 11.15 am to 12.15 pm. Please mount your poster on Saturday after 5 pm and remove it on Sunday after 4 pm.

All posters that have not been taken down the requested deadline will be removed and discarded.

There is a poster service desk at the venue. Here, you can collect mounting materials and receive assistance with putting up your poster. Additionally, a floor plan will be available showing the poster boards and their corresponding numbers. This document will be included on this page one week before the conference and also be available at the poster desk.

Poster Guidelines

  • Poster presenters are asked to bring their poster printed to the congress, or pick up your poster at the registration desk if you made us of the printing service.
  • Maximum poster size is DIN-A0. in portrait orientation.
  • Ensure all text is in a large font. Incorporate graphs, charts, and/or tables for better presentation.
  • You will find your assigned poster number on the poster boards in the poster area. Mounting materials will be available.
  • We kindly ask you to be present at your poster to answer questions during the designated poster viewing times, as indicated in the schedule above.
  • Posters still hanging after the assigned time, will be discarded.

Publication of posters in the mobile TIMM-12 app

All poster presenters are asked to upload a PDF file for their poster in the mobile congress app, for participants to view the posters online.
You can upload poster PDF’s (portrait style, max. 2 MB), following the steps below:

  1. Log in to the abstract submission portal using the personal link that was sent to all poster presenters on 13 August.
    If you have not received the link,  please check your spam mailbox/contact the congress secretariat.
  2. Go to the ‘Edit/View Abstracts’ tab in the submission portal
  3. You will see your submitted abstract(s) in the list
  4. For your accepted poster(s) you will have the option to upload your poster PDF.
  5. Deadline for uploading your poster(s) is: Monday, 15 September.

Poster print service

If you have used the poster printing service, you can collect your poster at the poster desk. This desk is located near the poster area.
